Due to the intimate size of Evergreen Lodge, reservations are essential.

Triple rate available upon request and subject to availability.

Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include:
  • Full gourmet breakfast
  • Afternoon tea

  • Goods and Services Tax of 12.5%
  • Use of lodge facilities including gym, sauna, wireless internet access, Sky TV,
         guest laundry, secure off-street parking, activities and restaurant booking service

    Payment:
    Cash and all major credit cards are accepted. NZ residents may also pay via EFTPOS.

    Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date attract a charge of 30% of the total booking fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival date attract a charge of 100% of the total booking fee.

    Check-In/Check-Out:
    Check-in from 3pm or earlier by arrangement; check-out 11am.

    Children:
    Evergreen Lodge is generally not suitable for children. An exception may be made to this policy when one party books exclusive use of the Lodge.

    Non-smoking:
    The Lodge and Guest Rooms are non-smoking.

No charges are made to the card until departure unless there is a cancellation in which case our cancellation policy and charges may apply. Once we have checked availability we will email you details of your reservation and a link to our reservation confirmation page to supply your credit card details via a secure server.
